Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College on 3 April 2024 (approval No. 2024ER257-1). Written informed consent was obtained from all patients prior to their inclusion, and 30 paired lung adenocarcinoma and adjacent normal tissue samples were collected.
