: There is no conflict of interest. QSuper as an organisation and as individuals gave their consent for this research. Obtaining consent aligns with Griffith University’s Ethics approval considerations (GU ref: 2019/1026), as well as Guidelines for Ethical Research in Australian Indigenous Studies (Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies, 2012). Both guidelines were incorporated into the research design. An AU$5,000 Ecstra and Australasian Business Ethics Network grant facilitated the development of this research. No direct or indirect commercial benefits to the researchers conducting this study occurred; however, in the spirit of full disclosure, the lead researcher, Clare JM Burns, wishes to state she was employed by the Queensland Government from 2012 to 2014, where QSuper was the default super fund.
