: There is no conflict of interest. QSuper as an organisation and as individuals gave their consent for this research. Obtaining consent aligns with Griffith University’s Ethics approval considerations (GU ref: 2019/1026), as well as Guidelines for Ethical Research in Australian Indigenous Studies (Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies, 2012). Both guidelines were incorporated into the research design. An AU$5,000 Ecstra and Australasian Business Ethics Network grant facilitated the development of this research.
