: This research is based on empirical research involving depth interviews with human subjects. Full informed consent was obtained from all research participants prior to the research. All data were pseudonymized before analysis, and GDPR regulations were adhered to at all times in handling personal data. The study received ethical approval by University College Dublin (HS-E-20–70-Galasso) and the University of Vienna (00544), which also covered our data collection in the UK and Italy. Ethics approval for the German data collection was granted by the Technical University of Munich’s ethics committee (208/20 S).
