: This research required to conduct a series of interviews and a survey involving last-mile delivery platform workers in Spain. The ethical committee of the authors’ institution (ESADE Business & Law School) has evaluated and approved the study design. Specifically, the Committee for the Use of Human Subjects in Research (CUHSR), in its meeting of 9th December 2020, has reviewed the research proposal presented by Annachiara Longoni, and full ethical approval has been granted.
