: Participants voluntarily agreed to be interviewed and were informed of the recording, transcription, and use in academic research. Interviewees were assured that personal information in the research would be pseudonymised so that individuals could not be identified.
: Interviewees consented to the recording and transcription of interviews and the subsequent use in academic research. Participants were informed of the general topic of the interview and the intended use a priori before the interview was scheduled. At the beginning of each interview, participants were reminded of the general topic of the research and the intended use of the interviews, including the recording and transcription of the interviews. For all interviews used in this study, the actual interview only proceeded after the participant had given explicit consent to the interview, its recording, and use for academic research.
