: This study is based on qualitative research involving semi-structured interviews with various stakeholders of a single organization. As the research did not involve vulnerable individuals, sensitive personal data, or invasive procedures, formal ethical approval was not required. Nevertheless, the study was conducted in accordance with recognized ethical standards in social science and organizational research, including voluntary participation, confidentiality, and responsible data management. Prior to each interview, participants were fully informed about the purpose of the research, the intended use of the data, and their rights, including the option to withdraw at any time without consequence. Explicit verbal consent was obtained for both participation and audio recording of the interviews. A signed confidentiality agreement with the organization confirms permission to disclose its real name for academic publication purposes; this agreement can be provided upon request.
