: This research utilised interviews as one of the data collection methods, involving human participants. The study has received ethical approval from the University of Sheffield Ethics Committee. All interviews were conducted in a private environment and did not exceed 60 min in duration. Participant data was anonymised and used solely for the purposes of this research, being securely stored on encrypted devices. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without needing to provide an explanation. No significant risks to participants were identified during the research process.

: Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants involved in this research. All participants were briefed about the nature of the study, data usage, and their right to withdraw prior to their participation.
