Ethics Approval: Approval by the ethics committee was not needed for this study as Humans and Animals were not involved. The study did not use data or biological material of Human Participants and/or Animals. This research is based on the case study approach within the agreement between the case study organisation and University of Trento. Conducted interviews and a survey did not have any kind of risk or harm to participants.
Informed Consent: Interviews: Verbal informed consent was obtained prior to all interviews. Survey: Invitation for the online survey was sent to employees on behalf of the University of Trento and case study company, whereby it has been explained that the participation is voluntary and responses are kept anonymous according to EU GDPR. Hence, utilised online software (NVIVO, Qualtrics and SoScisurvey.de) allowed access to users who received an email invitation to take the survey and encrypted personal data.
Consent to Participate: Interviews: Verbal informed consent was obtained prior to all interviews.Additionally, all interviewees permitted the researchers to record the conversation and use the results (only) for the study purpose. The identity of all interviewees is protected by the researchers and has not been disclosed in the manuscript. Survey: Invitation for the online survey was sent to employees on behalf of the University of Trento and case study company, whereby it has been explained that the participation is voluntary and responses are kept anonymous according to EU GDPR. Hence, utilised online software (NVIVO, Qualtrics and SoScisurvey.de) allowed access to users who received an email invitation to take the survey and encrypted personal data. Authentication of the respondents’ identity is impossible.
Research Involving Human and Animals: The submitted research did not involve Human Participants and Animals. The study did not use personal data or biological material of Human Participants and/or Animals. The collected materials include interviews and the survey. Conducted interviews and the survey did not have any kind of risk or harm to the interviewees and survey respondents.
