: This study was approved by the Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute which one of the authors affiliates with and conducted under the ethical guidelines.
: The survey was as intended as a component of the program evaluation for the foster youth transitional residential living program and conducted among service clients of the Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute in April 2017. Prior to the survey, the agency staff members explained the survey purpose, voluntary participation and procedures to participants, and obtained their oral consent. The participants were also informed that they could quit at any time or skip any question whichever they feel uncomfortable.
