: Data were available through university–agency data-sharing agreements with the California Department of Social Services and the Los Angeles County Probation Department. This study was approved by state and university committees for the protection of human subjects, and a petition for research was approved by the Juvenile Dependency Court of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
