: The ethics committees responsible for the two universities OST and FHNW reviewed the research project and found it exempt from review, since it is not covered by the Swiss Human Research Act. According to swissethics (Umbrella organization of the cantonal ethics committees), research that is not covered by the Swiss Human Research Act does not require ethical approval in Switzerland. Both universities formally confirmed compliance with ethical standards. In addition, Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) approved and granted the recruitment procedure of the study participants.
: All participants were given detailed verbal and written information about the study and received a written declaration of consent at the beginning of the study, which also included the option of withdrawing from the study at any time without consequences. For those under the age of 14, written consent was also obtained from their legal guardians before the study.
