: The collection of all clinical samples involved in this study strictly adhered to the ethical guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration. All patients involved in the study have been fully informed about the research's purpose, methods, potential risks, and benefits and have provided written consent to participate. The research protocol has been submitted to the Institutional Review Board for review and has received formal approval (Approval number: No. TJ-IRB20220609). The experimental procedures and the animal usage protocols were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of our hospital (Approval No. TJ-IRB20220609). The animal experiments in this study were conducted according to internationally recognized animal welfare standards and relevant regulations. Every possible measure was taken during the experiments to minimize animal pain and discomfort. At the conclusion of the experiments, the animals were euthanized in a humane manner.
