: This study followed the relevant international, national, and local laws and regulations concerning the use of animals and received approval from the Animal Use and Protection Committee of the research institution. All animal experiments were conducted with the principles of humane treatment, ensuring a scientifically sound experimental design while minimizing the animals' pain and discomfort.
