: All animal experiments were conducted at the Joint International Research Laboratory of Reproduction & Development (Ministry of Education Key Laboratory), Chongqing Medical University (Chongqing 400016, China) in strict compliance with China's Guidelines for the Ethical Treatment of Laboratory Animals. Protocols were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC-CQMU-2017–0227).All human placental tissue studies were conducted at Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children (Chongqing 401147, China) in accordance with: China's Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects.
