: The GC patients in our study were diagnosed with pathologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma through surgical resection, and complete follow-up information was available for all cases. The acquisition of human tissue specimens for this study approved by the Ethics Committee of Guangzhou First People's Hospital (Approval No: K-2021–140), with informed consent obtained from all donors. All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the approval from the Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee, School of Medicine, South China University of Technology. The approval date for this research protocol was August 24, 2020.
