: Human skin tissue was obtained through elective abdominoplasty procedures with informed donor consent, in accordance with Pearl IRB approval and adherence to 101 regulations (IRB Study Number: B-2201-732-302, approved on 23 December, 2021, Study Title: "Human skin of females was obtained immediately after abdominal or breast surgery after obtaining informed consent"). Ethical approval for this study was approved by the IRB of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (Seongnam, Korea). Human skin specimens were obtained from patients undergoing breast cancer (aged 40s) at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, in line with WHO Guiding Principles on Human Cell, Tissue and Organ Transplantation. For this experiment, we observed the privacy rights of human subjects and obtained the informed consent for experimentation with human subjects. The skin removed by breast reduction plastic surgery was discarded and transported to the laboratory after the surgery.
