: Heparinized venous blood was obtained from healthy donors after informed consent. Blood samples were sourced from the University Medical Center Mainz’s blood bank, following the ethical standards from the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the 1947 Nuremberg Code, and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, including all subsequent revisions.
