: Pregnant female FVB wild type mice were anesthetized and sacrificed at day 13.5 of pregnancy by authorized personnel with respect to the official regularities and guidelines of the governmental authority, the Landesumweltamt (LANUV) of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. All animal experiments were conducted by personnel that was successfully trained and licensed with the necessary certificates enabling for animal experiments (FELASA).
