: This study only used published and publicly available data. No ethical approval is required. All GWAS summary data used were obtained from studies approved by the relevant institutional ethics committees. For example, FinnGen project data were approved by the local ethics committee; Data in the IEU OpenGWAS database were obtained from original GWAS studies that met ethical standards; and the study by Homilius et al. also underwent appropriate ethical review. The use of the above data complies with the relevant requirements of international ethical guidelines such as the Declaration of Helsinki.
