: Data were obtained from two federally funded and one foundation-funded clinical trial. These studies were approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Cincinnati and registered in clinical trials.gov (ClinicalTrials.gov identifiers: NCT02818751, NCT04245436, and NCT04221997). The studies were conducted at one academic center in the United States from February 2015 – December 2022. Informed consent was obtained from all legal guardians and assent from all study participants before any research procedures.
