: All procedures conducted in this study were in agreement with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee, the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments, and comparable ethical standards. All studies involving data acquired during routine therapy at AKiP, including the study presented here, received approval from the ethics committee at the University of Cologne. We obtained informed consent for data collection, analysis, and publication from every individual who participated in the study, including adolescents and young adults of legal age, who provided informed consent themselves.
