Their employment is in part to provide staff support to the development and publication of NCA. A.D.L. is employed by North Carolina State University to work at the North Carolina Institute for Climate Studies, a consortium with NOAA and NCSU to provide a Technical Support Unit for climate research and assessments. A.R.C. served as the Director of NCA5. D.B. is a federal employee of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the Climate Program Office, which provides funding in support of USGCRP and the NCA. A.R.C. and D.B. also both served on the NCA5 Federal Steering Committee.
