: Not applicable.
: Informed consent was obtained from all participants. To alleviate any potential concerns, the initial email sent to the accessed company clearly stated the purpose of the research and requested that recipients read the plain language statement along with the consent form. Additionally, the email also included a confidentiality statement. The email also stated that the interviewees’ information would remain confidential and would be used solely for the purpose of the study. All participants were asked whether they had voluntarily given their consent to participate in this study. They were informed that they could refuse to answer any question and withdraw from the study at any time, without needing to justify their decision and without prejudice to their rights. From the analysis of the received document, it was impossible to determine how each individual (employee) participated, as the commenters’ names and information are entirely anonymous, including their job titles.
