: The current study was approved by the Ministry of Welfare of Malaysia, department of Social Welfare as well as the Ethics Committee for Research involving Human Subject of University Putra Malaysia (JKEUPM). Furthermore, all care givers in the selected homes received the fact sheet and a fully detailed explanation about the study and ethical issues. All participants received the study’s information and details and the written informed consent and the results of the study presented with no personal information of the participants.
