: All aspects of this study involving human participants with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Ethics committee approval (Number: 11/23, Decision no: 124) was obtained from the Selcuk University Faculty of Sport Sciences Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee and institutional permission was obtained from the family health center.
