: We have prepared this article based on two projects, “ Pilot and Evaluation ‘Recovery Together (PERT project)’ and the “ Pilot and Evaluation of ‘Recovery Together’ for the NDIS and a stepped vocational pathway for peer work – Psychosocial Support Program” (PSP project) . However, the analysis presented in this article is sufficiently different and provides new insights into individuals’ perspectives about support needs for recovery in the Northern Territory of Australia. Hence, this article offers new knowledge to the peer support literature. We have also cited the previous reports in the article, where appropriate, to avoid any perceptions of self-plagiarism.
