: This research has observed strict ethic procedures. Before the start of the data collection activities, the research design, including the interview guide, the information sheet to be provided to participants, and the informed consent form to be signed prior to engagement in data collection, have been submitted to and approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education Research (Sikt). All participants have been provided with an information sheet prior to their agreement and participation in the research. Once they have read the information sheet and agreed to participate, they have been asked to sign an informed consent form before engaging in the data collection activities. All of them have been given the opportunity to clarify any aspects of the research and the right to withdraw their participation without any consequences to them at any point of the data collection process. Additionally, participants have been assured confidentiality, implemented through the pseudonymization of the interview transcripts. They have also been offered the opportunity to check the pseudonymized transcripts before they have been submitted to analysis and request amendments and/or exclusion of parts of it or its entirety.

: Participants have agreed to publication of the findings of the study and use of pseudonymized data to illustrate the findings when signing the informed consent for the study.
