: The bioinformatics portion of this study involved the secondary analysis of publicly available, de-identified datasets (GSE61144, GSE28454, GSE109048, GSE66360, and GSE269269) from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. As the data are publicly accessible and contain no personally identifiable information, further ethical approval and patient consent were not required. The in vitro experiments were conducted using AC16 human cardiomyocyte cells purchased from a commercial cell bank (Procell, China).
