: The COPSAC2000 study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Copenhagen Ethics Committee (KF 01-289/96 and H-16039498) and the Danish Data Protection Agency (2015-41-3696). Both parents gave written informed consent before enrollment. At the 18-year-old visit, when the blood samples were collected, the study participants gave written consent themselves.
