: The experiment was performed on humans only, and all procedures followed the ethical standards of the Ethical Committee of the University Hospital in Hradec Kralove. During the long period of our study, we repeatedly got approval from the committee. This research study was conducted retrospectively from data obtained for clinical purposes. All experiments were conducted in accordance with principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
