: This research study was conducted retrospectively from data obtained for clinical purposes. All the patients clearly onsented to the testing and possible subsequent use of their data for research. This analysis was a part of a larger research project that adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Medical Faculty in Hradec Kralove.
