: This research study was conducted retrospectively from data obtained for clinical purposes. All the patients clearly onsented to the testing and possible subsequent use of their data for research. This analysis was a part of a larger research project that adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Medical Faculty in Hradec Kralove.
: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. The study was approved by an Institutional Review Board at the University of Illinois Chicago (IRB#2015–0757). The experiments were undertaken with the understanding and written consent of each subject.
