: This prospective observational study was conducted in collaboration between the Departments of Ophthalmology and Neurology at Erciyes University, and was approved by the Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Erciyes University (Approval No: 2025/299). All procedures adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to inclusion in the study.
