: Data collection for this study was undertaken in agreement with IST (Instituto Superior Técnico). All opinions presented in this manuscript belong to the authors alone, and not any institution to which they are or were affiliated. The raw data cannot be made public for anonymity reasons. Also, the interviews cannot be disclosed according to the research method followed and because interviewees were told that the data was going to be studied altogether and not on a case-by-case basis.
