: In accordance with local legislation and guidelines, neither ethical review nor approval were necessary for the research setting applied in this study. All participants were given sufficient information on the purpose and procedure of the study. All participants signed an informed study consent. The data was transcribed; video material was discarded and only the transcriptions of conversations were analyzed. Data was also pseudonymized as participants were given unique identifiers (e.g., Advisor 1) and identifying information removed from the transcriptions (such as names of institutions, projects, and places). All data was securely stored in an encrypted folder. Participants’ privacy was also ensured when reporting results.
