: This study was conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines for research with human participants. Teachers signed consent forms prior to participating, and parents provided written consent for their child’s participation. All children were asked to provide verbal assent before being interviewed. The study received approvals from the University’s IRB (approval #464/16) as well as from the Office of the Chief Scientist at the Israeli Ministry of Education (approval #9312).
