: All experiments were performed on zebrafish larvae at 4 ~ 5 days post-fertilization (dpf), before the onset of autonomous feeding (which occurs at approximately 5 dpf). In accordance with European Directive 2010/63/EU, zebrafish larvae up to 120 h post-fertilization (approximately 5 dpf, prior to independent feeding) are not considered animals under the Directive. Therefore, no ethics committee–approved animal protocol was required for these experiments.
