: Ethical clearance was provided by the institutional Research Ethics Committee (REC) of Wageningen University, the Netherlands. All participants provided informed consent prior to taking part in the study.
: Consent from the participants was asked at the beginning of the questionnaire. We informed the participants that they would get a random respondent number and that their names would not appear anywhere, so anonymity would be guaranteed. We asked the participants to agree or disagree with the processing of data. If they agreed, they would continue with the survey. When disagreeing, they could not participate in the survey.
