: Our observation did not refer to experiments on humans or their tissues. The questionnaire was developed, checked, and approved by the staff of Dokkyo Medical University. The research scenario was checked and approved by the Committee on Medical Ethics of the State Institution “O.M.Marzieiev Institute of Public Health of NAMS of Ukraine.” Questionnaire research occurred after obtaining informed consent of the observation subjects and/or their legal guardian(s). The authors confirm that all experiments were performed following relevant guidelines and regulations. All collected information was reviewed and presented in the article without personal data (surname, first name). Foodstuff samples for research were purchased from their owners.
