Change Details: 1) In Table 9, "Online purchases" updated from two lines to single line in order to avoid the horizontal space between the coefficients and the standard deviations in parenthesis below. 2) Reference to “Eq. 1” in the first paragraph (third line) of subsection 4.3, but the corresponding link is not active and there was an extra space between the “Eq.” and the “1”. Now, the link has been provided and extra space was deleted. 3) The titles of the parts in the appendix are misplaced. Now, they have been corrected.
