: Ravit Dotan had an ongoing financial relationship as a consultant with one of the companies represented in the study. The interviewee from that company was not the contact person and had no impact on her financial relationship with the company, and therefore, we did not expect this to influence the interview in any way. To ensure that Ravit’s prior knowledge did not affect the analysis of the data elicited via the interview, this interview was discussed in great detail with the second and third authors. In addition, in the past, Ravit had financial relationships with a few companies in which some of the participants of the study are employed; these relationships had ended long before the study began, therefore no effect on data collection or analysis was expected. All other authors have no relevant financial or non-financial interests to disclose.
