: This study was conducted following ethical guidelines for animal research and reporting of in vivo experiments (ARRIVE) guidelines. All experimental protocols were approved by the research committee at the School of Industrial Fisheries, Cochin University of Science and Technology, and ensuring the welfare of the fish was observed during handling.
