Doctoral training (LMD) is currently governed by the texts following regulations: (1) Executive Decree No. 08-265 of August 19 2008 scheme carrying studies with a view to obtaining a bachelor's degree, master's degree and the diploma of doctorate. (2) Executive Decree No. 10-231 of October 2 2010 on the status of the doctoral student. (3) Order No. 191 of July 16, 2012 setting the organization of third-grade training course for obtaining the diploma of doctorate, amended and supplemented by the order No. 345 of October 17, 2012.
