: We have used a secondary dataset in this manuscript that was collected by the National Sample Survey Organisation, a wing of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, on behalf of the Government of India, obtaining ethical clearances. This study complies with the standard practice of publication using large-scale secondary datasets. Thus, no ethical clearance was required for the utilization of the datasets.
