: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the International Society of Ethnobiology. Before beginning fieldwork, ethical approval was secured from the Institutional Ethics Committee of Patanjali Research Institute and the University of Patanjali. Informed consent was acquired from all participants after thoroughly explaining the purpose, scope, and voluntary nature of their participation. Participants were guaranteed the confidentiality of their responses, and no personal identifiers were recorded or published. The research team also respected traditional knowledge systems and ensured that data collection was culturally sensitive and supportive of the community.
