: The findings presented in this study are based on semi-structured interviews with healthcare professionals involved in hospital-based research. All participants were provided with detailed information about the study’s purpose, and their participation was voluntary. Prior to involvement, participants gave their informed consent for their data to be used for research purposes in accordance with data protection regulations. No participant withdrew their consent after initial approval, and those who chose not to provide consent were excluded from the study.
