: In its advisory statement, the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm, had no objections to this study (D-no: 2017/1447-31).
: Before the start of data collection, oral and written information was provided in person to trainees during the course. Trainees were informed about the aim of the study, that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw their participation without explaining why. The trainees also received written information that it will not be possible to identify them as a person in the reporting of results. Verbal consent was obtained before the interviews and recording of the interviews was only carried out after the participants’ approval.
