Compliance with ethical standards
: Data were collected using an online-survey among German employers who were invited via e-mail and gave their informed consent that researchers can analyse the collected data for scientific purposes. The common Ethics Commission of the German Sociological Association (DGS/GSA) and the Professional Association of German Sociologists (BDS) gave ethical approval for data collection.
