: Data collection in this study followed the ethical guidelines required for conducting research at the University of Southampton Ethics and Research Governance Committee (Online ID number: 13836). Before starting the questionnaire, the interviewer read a Participant Information sheet (Supplementary Information ) to the potential interviewee, containing an assurance of anonymity, and requested agreement to participate in the study. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all interviewees. This stage was conducted verbally because most interviewees lacked basic reading and writing skills.
