: For each study site, local traditional authorities were visited to obtain their agreement to conduct interviews in the area under their authority. Prior to conduct interviews, participants were informed orally of the research intentions and of their right to participate or decline. A written format indicating that participants agreed that the interview followed the principle of prior informed consent was signed after interview completion.
